Ltd (formerly known as Jiangsu Zhenjiang Shipyard Limited Liability Company), founded in 1999, a member of Jiangsu Zhenjiang Shipyard Group, located in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, is an enterprise mainly engaged in the manufacturing of railroad, ship, aerospace and other transportation equipment. The enterprise has a registered capital of RMB 10,000,000,000, which exceeds 98% of its counterparts in Jiangsu Province, and a paid-up capital of RMB 47,020,000,000.

On December 25, 2018, the first dual-fuel-powered (LNG/fuel oil) 6,500hp dissipation and towing dual-purpose full-swing tugboat in China's ports, which was built by Zhenjiang Shipyard (Group) Co. in Jiangsu Province for Ningbo Zhoushan Port, was successfully launched.
