Basic Information

Jiangsu Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding Co., Ltd (formerly known as: Jiangsu Xinfu Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.), founded in 2007, is located in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, and is an enterprise mainly engaged in the manufacturing of railroads, ships, aerospace and other transportation equipment. The enterprise has a registered capital of USD 277.37 million, which is more than 99% of its counterparts in Jiangsu Province, and paid-up capital of USD 150.25 million.

On December 26, 2018, in the dockyard of Yangzi Xinfu, two built by Yangzijiang Shipbuilding for the Greek shipowner TSAKOS and one for Yangzijiang Shipping Company, a total of three 82,000DWT bulk carriers have reached the requirements of high quality out of the docking integrity operation standards. With the removal of the dock door by the harbor tugboat, the first bulk carrier started to leave the dock slowly and completed berthing according to the established plan from 6:00 p.m., and the second and the third ships also completed the docking and berthing operation successfully.
